The approximate retail value of the prize is $64.00. All submissions will be reviewed and judged by Robert Brockway. Winner will be selected based upon how well each entrant describes his or her end-of-the-world scenario and on creativity. This is a contest of skill. Winner will be determined according to the judgments and discretion of the judge, whose decision is final. Odds of winning depend on the skill of the entrant and the number of entries received. All prizes will be awarded. By submitting entries to Suvudu through the comments field, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judge. Winner will be announced during the Live Chat with Robert Brockway on Suvudu and notified by e-mail on or about April 9, 2010. The prizes will be awarded in the name of the Winner. Failure by the Prize Winner to respond to e-mail notification within one week, regardless of whether such failure is due to personal, physical, digital or any other reason, will result in forfeiture of the prize. The Winner will have to provide mailing addresses to receive the prizes.
