From our own Shawn Speakman – His Majesty’s Dragon by Naomi Novik is a great book to read if you are a fan of Eragon by Christopher Paolini. While His Majesty’s Dragon is set in our world’s past and not an epic fantasy land, both books have a wonderful and fully-realized dragon protagonist that readers fall in love with instantly.
