Sometimes life aligns just right.
Two years ago Peter V. Brett and Terry Brooks met for the first time at the NY Comic Con. It was a thrill for both of them. Peter grew up reading Terry’s Shannara series and he brought one of his books to be signed. Terry read The Warded Man and loved it so much he blurbed it, something he rarely does.
Next Wednesday, the two writers will meet again—albeit electronically and for the fans!
On August 25th, authors Peter and Terry will be conducting a dual online chat with their fans on Suvudu! It will take place from 7-8pm EDT / 4-5pm PDT. The chat will be moderated for ease.
This is a great opportunity for those of you who are fans of one or both authors, or for new writers wanting to glean some wisdom about the publishing industry. Peter is in the middle of writing his next book, The Daylight War, so you might be able to sneak some tidbits out of him. Terry is supporting the release of his new book, Bearers of the Black Staff, which is a great jumping on point for new readers.
