SDCC 2011 Video Interview: Kevin J. Anderson

Kevin J. Anderson defines prolific.

The author has written over 100 books, most of which are in print and in ebook form. He has worked in shared worlds like X-Files and Star Wars. He co-writes with Brian Herbert in the Dune universe. He has written comic book series, young adult novels, and has edited numerous anthologies. He famously says, “The harder I work, the luckier I get.” He has grown exceedingly lucky.

Kevin attends Comic Con every year. It’s always nice to see him. He always has a ready smile and sharp wit. He also loves to talk to sci-fi/fantasy fans. This year he spent time talking about the third book in his Terra Incognita series as well as the forthcoming Sisterhood of Dune!

Here is a bit more about the forthcoming Dune book:

The Sisterhood of Dune is a forthcoming book by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson and the first book in the Schools of Dune series. It will revolve around the founding of the Bene Gesserit order early in the Corrino Empire. It will be first of a new series involving the beginnings of the Great Schools of the Imperium; the Sisterhood, the mentats, and the Swordmasters.
