Shawn- I'm right there with you. I remember reading Sword of Shannara over and over again in the same way I re-read LOTR. Terry's writings have always been a source of delight. I remember the out-sized edition I purchased when I was in high school in 1977. Since that time each release has been a festival day for me, too. It also a treat to meet Terry at a local bookshop in Dallas, TX, when I was living there. I only later learned he and one of my paralegal instructors had been roommates at law school. Needless to say, if Terry's name is assocated with a project I know before I even see it in the stores it is destined to become a classic in the genre.
